Bangladesh national team players Tamim Iqbal, Mehidy Hasan Miraz, Soumya Sarkar, and Taskin Ahmed have received Coronavirus vaccine doses ahead of their trip to New Zealand.
The cricketers inaugurated the inoculation process at Kurmitola General Hospital on Thursday morning (February 18). Meanwhile, some of the family members of the cricketers received vaccine doses.
Six foreign coaching staff, including Head Coach Russell Domingo, also went to the hospital to take the jab.
BCB president Nazmul Hasan Papon, Director and Media committee Chairman Jalal Yunus were also seen there.
Tamim said, “I had a great experience. And that was not the case with just me, the vaccination process for my friends and members of my family was very good as well.”
